  • Sausage:

    • How its made: Ground Turkey or Chicken is mixed with Seasoning, then stuffed:

      • Griller Links: Stuffed in Large 32 mm Beef Collagen, and cut into single portion links.​ Packed 5 links to a Vacuum Sealed Bag.

      • 1 lb bulk bags.

      • Breakfast Links: Stuffed into 26 mm Beef Collagen casings, partially frozen and then cut into single links.​ Packed in 1 lb Vacuum Bags.

    • Touch Of Dutch Sausage Seasonings​​

      • Mild Country Sausage Ingredients: ​Sea Salt, Raw Cane Sugar, Black Pepper, Non-GMO Expeller Pressed Canola Oil, Garlic Powder, Parsley, Sage, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Ground Celery Seed, Beet Extractive.

      • Cracked Pepper Sausage Ingredients: Sea Salt, Raw Cane Sugar, Black Pepper, Non-GMO Expeller Pressed Canola Oil, Celery Seed, Ascorbic Acid (preservative), Natural Colors.

      • Sweet Italian Sausage Ingredients: Sea Salt, Non-GMO Dextrose, Raw Cane Sugar, Fennel Seeds, Black Pepper, Paprika, Dried Onion, Dried Garlic, Anise Seed, Non-GMO Expeller Pressed Canola Oil, Dried Basil, Paprika Extract (color), Natural Colors, Ascorbic Acid (preservative), Natural Flavors.

      • Hot Italian Sausage Ingredients: Sea Salt, Paprika, Non-GMO Dextrose, Fennel Seeds, Black Pepper, Red Pepper, Dried Garlic, Crushed Red Pepper, Non-GMO Soy Sauce Powder (fermented soy sauce [contains soybean and wheat], maltodextrin, salt), Anise Seed, Non-GMO Expeller Pressed Canola Oil, Natural Colors, Paprika Extract (color), Coriander, Ascorbic Acid (preservative), Natural Flavors. Contains Soy and Wheat.

      • "Salt/Pepper" Sausage Ingredients: â€‹â€‹Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, Black Pepper. Only 2 ingredients! 

      • "Old Fashioned" Sausage Ingredients: ​Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, Brown Sugar, Black Pepper, Coriander.​ Only 4 ingredients!

  • Smoked/Seasoned Thighs: Seasoned Salt

    • How its made: Thighs are dry rubbed with Seasoned Salt, then smoked for about 2 hrs. Partially Cooked, must be heated to 165 degrees internal temperature to consume.

    • Ingredients: Salt, sugar, spices including paprika and turmeric, onion, cornstarch, garlic, tricalcium phosphate (prevents caking), paprika oleoresin (for color), and natural flavor, soy lecithin.

  • Smoked BBQ Wings: Waltons Inc. Seasoning

    • How its made: Wings are tossed in BBQ seasoning, then smoked for about 2 hrs. Partially Cooked, must be heated to 165 degrees internal temperature to consume.

    • Ingredients: Sugar, Salt, Spices (Including Ground Mustard), Dextrose, Onion and Garlic Powder, Natural Smoke Flavor (Contains Maltodextrin), Molasses Powder (Cane Sugar, Cane Molasses, Cane Caramel Color), Natural Spice Extractives (Including Celery).

  • Turkey Loaf: Our Own Recipe

    • How its made: Seasoning is mixed with ground meat, stuffed into 10 lb diamond pattern casings, hung in smokehouse and slowly brought up 160 degrees over 5 hours. Fully Cooked 

    • Ingredients: Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, Brown Sugar, Black Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Coriander.

  • Smoked Turkey Breast: Our Own Recipe

    • How its made: Boneless Skinless Turkey breasts are injected and brined for 7 days before being placed in smokehouse, then chipped/sliced for lunch meat, Fully Cooked.

    • Ingredients: Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, Brown Sugar, Garlic Powder, Celery Salt, "Veg-A-Cure": (Sea Salt, Raw Cane Sugar, Celery Powder (cultured celery powder, sea salt, silicon dioxide (anti-caking)), Canola Oil, Silicon Dioxide (flow agent).)

  • Smoked Whole Turkey: Our Own Recipe

    • How its made: Whole Fresh Turkeys are injected and brined for 7 days before being cold smoked. Not Fully Cooked.

    • Ingredients: Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, Brown Sugar, Garlic Powder, Celery Salt, "Veg-A-Cure": (Sea Salt, Raw Cane Sugar, Celery Powder (cultured celery powder, sea salt, silicon dioxide (anti-caking)), Canola Oil, Silicon Dioxide (flow agent).)                     Liquid Smoke can be added at customers request.
